Your (Clients, Subscribers and Users, Collectively) use of the website (GroovyEssays.co.uk) or the purchase of the products and services written, produced and supplied by the Company (Groovy Essays/Us) constitutes Your agreement to the Terms and Conditions (Terms) mentioned herein.
YOU ARE ADVISED NOT TO USE THE WEBSITE OR USE THE SERVICES OFFERED IN IT IF YOU DO NOT ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
BY SURFING THE CONTENTS OF THIS WEBSITE OR AVAILING THE SERVICES OFFERED IN IT, YOU ACCEPT AND ADMIT THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD ALL THE CLAUSES AND POLICIES PRESENTED IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHICH ULTIMATELY BINDS YOU AND THE COMPANY WITH THE AGREEMENT.
Terms of Use
- By purchasing the assignment (mainly essays but other academic papers also included) drafted and delivered by the Company, you acknowledge to use the product for non-commercial (personal) use only. Hence, the Company shall not be liable should the client use the product in a manner not, otherwise, permitted by the company.
- The assignments are finely researched and artistically drafted by the Company’s in-house experts (writers) who, in exchange of a predetermined fee (salary), transfer all the rights or ownership to Groovy Essays.
- The services produced and offered by the Company come with no warrantee, expressed or implied.
Refund Policy
- In case the assignment fails to adhere to the client’s guideline or contains any inconsistencies or errors in it, clients are advised to first use the revisions, as facilitated by the Company free of charge, prior to demanding or filing a refund complaint since technical errors can be fixed through a second revision or editing.
- In the event client still feels discontented with the quality (after 7 revisions), the client my either a) demand the Company to assign a different expert to the order, or b) file a formal complaint for refund.
- Clients shall not be granted any refund if the order contains any trivial errors (misspelling, typos or formatting since such mistakes can be fixed through revisions) or due to any slight delay since it doesn’t hold adequate ground for any refund. In situations such as this, the client and the Company may settle on a mutual agreement via partial refund or additional discounts.
- Clients shall not be rewarded with full refund if cancellation request for the order is placed after the expiration of the prearranged time (1 hour immediately once the order is placed) as the Company will deduct the processing fee (which is 15% of the total sum). Hence, in such situation, refund will be granted after the deduction of the processing fee.
- The client is entitled to a full (complete) refund in the event that the Company fails to deliver the completed order (assignment) within 3 days of the deadline provided by the client.
- In case the client’s credit card is charged twice due to any manual or technical error, clients are advised to notify the Company regarding the erroneously charged amount as soon as possible so that the Company will take action and refund that wrongly charged amount immediately to the client.
Contact and Dispute Settlement Policy
- Clients are humbly requested to inform the company prior to getting in touch with any intermediary (PayPal, Bank or other Legal Authorities) in case of dissatisfaction with the delivered assignment.
- In the event that the client notifies the company of the discontentment with the order, but fails to comply with the company’s negotiations (including but not limited to partial refund, additional or future discounts), the client may contact and ask any intermediary for legal assistance.
- If the client fails to comply with the contact and dispute settlement policy, i.e., he/she contacts the intermediary prior to notifying the Company, the act will be deemed as a breach of contract and thus will be dealt with immediately.
Privacy Policy
- To verify and process the order further and to respond to the order-related queries of the clients, the Company requires the following personal details of the client via the order or contact-us form: client name, email and contact number. Instead of mentioning the original name, the client is permitted to use an alias instead in case he/she wishes to keep the name confidential. However, it is advised that the rest of the personal or order related details must be accurate.
- Apart from customer support and order verification, the Company may also use the client’s contact details for newsletter services to keep the client informed about the new features, services and packages. If the client wishes to withdraw from the subscription, he/she may do so by clicking the ‘opt out’ link at the bottom of the newsletter (email).
- The Company also detects and stores some technical details unanimously when a visitor surfs the contents of the company’s website (GroovyEssays.co.uk). The unanimously stored details may include: visitor’s IP address, browser and OS version, region, date and time, pages visited or links clicked, etc. Such details allow the company to revise its web contents and functions for improved surfing and user engagement. The Company extracts all these details from the cookies stored in client’s browser. If the client believes that the Company may be using these details in any inappropriate fashion, the client may disable the cookies from the browser. However, in doing so, the client may not be able to access some of the pages of the website.
Order Cancellation Policy
- The Company (GroovyEssays) reserves the rights terminate the order at its discretion in the event that the client fails to maintain continuous contact with the company till the order completion and its delivery.
- The Company holds complete rights to terminate the order in the following scenarios: a) if the client breaches (intentionally or unintentionally) the contact, b) if the client is found guilty of scamming or other fraudulent activities.
- If the client wishes to terminate the order (due to any reasons), he/she may allowed to do so immediately within 1 hour after order placement since the Company takes at least an hour after the first contact of the client to find and assign the appropriate writer.
Delivery Policy
- Providing that each and every detail presented via the order form is accurate, the Company acknowledges and agrees to deliver the order to the client within the predetermined deadline as agreed upon by both the parties (GroovyEssays and Client).
- The Company shall not be liable for any late delivery of the order in the event that the problem arises purely out of client’s own blunders or shortcomings (such as incorrect email address, spam filters, etc.)
Change of Policy
It is absolutely at the sole discretion of the Company to modify, change or revise the policies in its Terms and Conditions periodically and without any advance notice.
